This project involved a comprehensive renovation and expansion of a 2,450-square-foot residence, transforming both the interior and exterior into a striking contemporary home.

The original structure was taken down to the studs, allowing for a complete reimagining of the floor plan, architectural character, and functionality. What was once a dated 1970s home was thoughtfully redesigned into a sophisticated modern residence that reflects today's lifestyle while maximizing light, space, and flow.

Among the home's most distinctive features is a custom-engineered floating steel-and-glass staircase, which serves as a dramatic architectural centerpiece. The exterior combines custom cedar siding with a natural plaster finish, creating a clean, timeless aesthetic that blends warmth with contemporary design.
