Inspired by the clean lines and timeless simplicity of mid-century modern architecture, this striking office building is designed to create an inspiring workplace filled with natural light and openness.

A dramatic glass entry welcomes visitors into a bright, expansive interior where a custom steel staircase with Cumaru wood treads serves as a sculptural architectural centerpiece. A massive walkable skylight floods the building with daylight, creating an open, airy environment that enhances both the workspace and the overall experience of the building.

The interior is appointed with radiant floor heating, rich wenge wood doors, and custom cabinetry, and expansive NanaWall® opening glass systems that blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces while promoting flexibility and collaboration.

Designed with both sustainability and performance in mind, the building achieved LEED® Certification, reflecting a commitment to environmentally responsible construction, energy efficiency, and occupant well-being.
